Citrus Soy Grilled Pork Chops

Citrus Soy Grilled Pork Chops

There’s just something about grilled pork chops…I love to buy a big ‘ol package of bone in pork chops, in the family pack when they are on sale for something ridiculous like .99/lb, and I can feed the whole family for $3. Plus, it’s so hard to mess them up! Just throw them in a marinade, grill them up, and your family thinks you’re the best cook ever!

Let’s talk for a minute about rendered pork fat…My husband and I are on two sides of this argument. I think God made the fat on bone-in pork chops to make me happy – er, I mean, to be eaten. The way it gets so crispy, and juicy, and yummy…Well, it’s the stuff that dreams are made of… Sigh…

My husband on the other hand, loves the taste, but thinks it’s gross to actually put it in your belly…I know…What??

Anywhoo, you need this pork chop recipe in your life. It’s easy, it’s cheap, it’s salty, it’s citrusy…and it has all the rendered pork fat to put in your belly!

Enjoy!
